CLASS INFORMATION: Adult Dance Blast Jazz A Cise

This will be a fun class with upbeat music. Warm-ups and fun routines to all kinds of different music a twist of jazz, hip hop, and latin. You'll have so much fun you won't even realize that you are exercising.
