This 45 minute class will teach all the beginning basics for ballet positions and beginning movement. They will be using the American Academy of Ballet levels 1/2 & 3/4 to give them good solid technique and a good terminology foundation. Flexibility, strength, coordination, grace and poise. Ballet barre, across the floor and center floor work.
Ages 6 & up
