Spencer is on the front left side of the picture with his headphones on and  his dance friends all around him waiting for awards at Dupree Dance Expo.

Spencer was nominated by one of  his peers for his great expression and rhythm.  He is 12 years old and is in the 7th grade at Miller Jr. High.  Spencer has two very loving parents and a sister McKenzie.  Spencer has  pets: 1 dog named Cocoa.   Spencer  started dancing at age 4 and still dancing.  Starting with Teri Daneker and then dancing with a few other studios and now is with High Impact Dance Academy.   He is a member of High Impact Stars Dance Team and is doing a hip hop solo this year to, "Yeah"!   He just got a gold at Dupree Dance Expo for his hip hop solo.  He does tap, jazz, ballet, and hip hop.   Spencer also does baseball, basketball soccer, cross country, track and wrestling.  Wow, he is very busy!  Spencer was the co-captain for his wrestling team this year and was just named captain of his basketball team.  One thing most people do not know about Spencer is:  Spencer is a 4.0 student.  Congrats, on those grades, Spencer!

Hi Dayna and family,

This is Erin!  I'm typing all by myself.  I would like to nominate Spencer Brooks for Dancer of The Month.  He has done soooo good this year.  He's got great expression and rhythm, and did fantastic at convention and holiday recital.  Good for him for staying in dance with all these girls hanging around.  Other guys that have dropped out, lost out.  Good job Spencer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
